Billing

How does fuel delivery billing work?

Logged gallons, a clear price basis, and a monthly statement you can reconcile. No mystery line items. Here is exactly how you get billed.

You should be able to read your own fuel bill

Fuel billing goes sideways when nobody can tie an invoice back to what was delivered. We build statements the other way around. Every delivery shows a date, a location, and a gallon count, so the number on the bill matches the number that went in the tank.

Fuel is priced per gallon on an agreed basis. The delivery side reflects the real factors: how much, how often, and how far. We walk you through the structure before the first drop so the first invoice holds no surprises.

What a statement shows

Per-unit logging is what makes the invoice trustworthy. When you can see which truck or tank took which gallons, fuel theft and skim have nowhere to hide, and your statement reconciles against your own logs without a fight.

Terms that fit how you operate

Most accounts run on monthly billing. We set that up during account setup, along with how you want records delivered. If your operation needs a different cadence, we work it out. The point is a bill you can read and reconcile, every time.
