A lot of fuel vendors bury new accounts under paperwork and a login nobody wants. We do not. Setting up a fleet account with us is a phone call and a short conversation about how your operation runs.
We want to know where your trucks park, what they burn, how many units, and when you need them ready. From there we size a schedule and start delivering. Most accounts are live within days.
You get per-unit gallon logging from day one. Every gallon is logged to the vehicle or tank it went into, so your records reconcile and fuel stops being a line item nobody can audit.
Once the schedule is set, fuel becomes something handled instead of managed. We show up on the cadence, fill what needs filling, log it, and send clean records. You adjust the schedule when your operation changes. That is the whole account.
