Cursa Fuel Co. / Learn / Tracking gallons
Records
Every gallon is metered and logged to the unit or tank it went into. That is what makes your invoice reconcile and your fuel cost auditable.
Tracking starts at the nozzle. Every gallon we deliver is metered and logged against the specific unit or tank it went into. There is no estimating, no rounding to a round number, no lump sum that nobody can break down later.
Those per-unit records are the backbone of a fuel program you can manage. They roll up to your statement so billed gallons match delivered gallons, and they give you a per-vehicle view of where the fuel is going.
Lump-sum fuel hides problems. When fuel shows up as one monthly number, a leak, a skim, or a thirsty unit disappears into the total. Per-unit logging drags all of it into the light.
We set up how you want delivery records during account setup. Most accounts take a monthly rollup with per-unit detail. If your operation needs the data a different way, tell us and we will fit it.
