Emergency
Call the emergency line and we move. Then we figure out why it happened so it does not happen twice. Here is what to do the moment a tank goes dry.
If a tank is dry right now, the priority is fuel on the ground, fast. Call the emergency line. We dispatch to you and get the generator, the fleet, or the equipment back in service as quickly as conditions allow. This is the exact situation the 24/7 response line exists for.
Running out of fuel is almost never bad luck. It is usually a scheduling gap, a burn rate that crept up, a gauge nobody trusted, or a delivery that fell through. Once the immediate fire is out, we look at why it happened and close the gap.
The goal is a tank that never surprises you. One emergency is forgivable. A pattern of them means the supply plan is wrong. We would rather fix the plan than keep answering the panic call.
Save our line for the moment you need it. Then let us build the schedule or monitoring that keeps you from needing it again. Reliable supply is the cheap option once you count what a dry tank costs in downtime.
